Like we mentioned it above, it’s really difficult to say, as it varies from house to house. Price for a regular 2 bedroom property with 1 bathroom, 1 living room and a kitchen starts from £90. However, if the property has 2 bathrooms, have a conservatory or an extra room, the price might be different. 3 bedroom properties cost around £130 and 4 bedroom ones are around £180. What does a moving out cleaning include?
Moving out cleaning includes cleaning all the areas which are required by the tenancy contract. The price includes general cleaning of the bathrooms and toilets, including tiles, sinks, shower doors, toilet bowls. It also includes mild descaling of taps, general cleaning of kitchen, cupboards inside and outside, mild descaling of sink. Window cleaning from inside, cleaning doors, door frames, woodwork, fittings and general dusting, cleaning and vacuuming are also part of the cleaning.
